Principles of the Bata Management System
Born 1927After completing compulsory education (at the Comenius Experimental Town School in Zlin), he was trained by the Bata company. He attended the company´s boarding school in Zlin, and is an alumnus of the Bata School of Work. He attended the University of Agriculture in Brno, and studied at the University of Economics in Bratislava, where he achieved the status of Candidate of Sciences. He has spent most of his professional life in the banking sector, where he progressed through various jobs until achieving the highest possible functions. In every work position he has studied contemporary methods for the management of organizations.
